perfect time for thinking ahead. Idaho’s Premier Food and Wine Festival is on the horizon.
Be sure to get your tickets early in
March so you don’t miss out.

Sawtooth Winery, originally Pintler Cellars, has come a long way from its 15 acres of prime grape varietals in 1986. Today it boasts of 500 acres of beautiful vineyards. This growing region is one of the warmer sites in southwestern Idaho.
Many of the smaller boutique wineries obtain their grapes from the Sawtooth and Skyline vineyards. Situated on top of a hill surrounded by vineyards on all sides, makes it a lovely place for any venue. This winery hosts an array of events from weddings, wine dinners and more.
Kelli Geselle, Tasting Room Manager and Events Coordinator, has a pleasant style. Her big smile and warm hello welcomes you into the world of Sawtooth. She and her staff are ready to assist and answer any questions you may have concerning their wine.
Bill Murray is the head winemaker, who oversees the Precept wineries in the Pacific Northwest. However, if you are lucky, you just might meet the assistant winemaker, Meredith Smith. When time allows, she is happy to give you a quick tour.
When visiting the Snake River Valley region, this is a must on your list. Be sure to go by and taste some of Idaho’s best wines. The Skyline Red blend should definitely be on your list.
