As a participant, you and those in your party have read the following terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to abide by them.”

Winery Seekers Wine Tours LLC assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any health, personal injury, death, property damage, and/or other loss, accident, delay, and inconvenience while in the vehicle and/or during transportation in and outside of the vehicle while visiting the wineries.

After completion of the tour, we cannot be held responsible for your activity. DO NOT DRINK AN DRIVE for our own safety.

ALCOHOL consumption is strictly prohibited in our vehicles, before, during, and after the completion of the tour.

For any physical damage, spillage, mess, and stains caused to our vehicles, we reserve the right to charge the customer a fee of a minimum of $250.00 or the cost of repairing the damage to the vehicle whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, please give us a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the start time and date.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. However, we are happy to reschedule you for a different date.
If Winery Seekers Wine Tours LLC must cancel your tour for any reason, we will reschedule the date for you.
Only under certain circumstances, will we refund you.

Your participation in this tour implies your consent to have your photograph taken which may be used for promotions, advertising, or other purposes of Winery Seekers Wine Tours. Furthermore, you agree that such photos, videos, and the like are freely acknowledged without compensation and further absolve “Winery Seekers Wine Tours” of any liability in the use of reproduction or promotion thereof.
